No Setup Cost
There is no start-up fee. All prices are per month for
monitoring one URL, service or device. All email alerts are
included within the monthly price. SMS alerts (which do not
expire) can be purchased in blocks.
Automatic Fault Resolution
Automatic Fault Resolution is only available to Cobalt Networks'
dedicated server customers. In the event of a service failure
our technicians will be alerted and will automatically resolve
the problem as governed by our dedicated server support policy.
Unlimited Email Alerts
All users have an option to be notified via e-mail if an error
is detected. The user will also be alerted when the error has
been rectified.
Unlimited SMS Alerts
All users have an option to be notified via SMS if an error is
detected. The user will also be alerted when the error has been
rectified. SMS alerts can be purchased in blocks that do not
expire.
Bandwidth Monitoring
Bandwidth Monitoring is only available to Cobalt Networks'
customers. This tool provides a graphical view of real-time
traffic through the switch.

Ping
Monitoring
Ping Monitoring ensures the server is responding to network
requests.
Port Monitoring
Port Monitoring ensures the application or service running on a
given IP address and port is running.
Content Monitoring
You could set up monitors to check the following services:
HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SSH, POP, SMTP, RTMP, MySQL.
Standard Monitoring
This is our basic monitoring package and is available for one
monitored service. It comes with Cobalt Networks' standard SLA
at no additional charge.
Advanced Monitoring
This package allow you to configure a combination of 5 ping,
port or content monitors. The Advanced+ package offers unlimited
monitoring services.
